Clement Viscarro: Most likely, you should be able to simply remove the protocols and clients under your network connection and reinstall them. That should get you back up and working. This isn't a silver bullet, but you should at least try doing that before reloading your system. Windows will check for file dependencies and install them if they're missing or the incorrect version.
