Why are handheld game systems so small?

Arlen Decorte: The companies believe the smaller, the more compact, the easier for the player. Easier to carry around, put in pocket, etc.

Cletus Makler: Because hanhelds are designed to be portable so you can take them virtually anywhere and its not that easy creating portable game systems you know.
