fashion of 2007-2011?

answers1: I would day it is because what was fashion in the old days
had obviously grown out but now been ammended as such, brought to
modern day style and introduced back into our times as 'new' fashion.
E.g gypsy skirts. Now even ponchos are being brought back

everyone now are trying to rock oxfords which i don't understand why.
like i'm not going to lie some people look amazing in them but possers

thinking their all cool and what not. <br>
and high waisted shorts are new HIT in TREND. <br>
um oh and the over the shoulder shirt and cropped tops are in. <br>
and toms OF COURSE lol how can i forget that.
