Dionna Doyel: Global warming is a product of not having proper atmosphere. Actually, there are this ozone holes in out atmosphere, and they allow UVa and UVb rays to pass thru, and come down to Earth.When on earth, they destroy practically everything but you can't see it immediately. That's why ppl are diagnosed with skin cancer after 10yrs of laying on the sun. And these rays are bounced of the earth, but now comes the problem - they cannot pass thru our atmosphere in order to get out, and they stay in, trapped. This causes the effect of artificial garden, so called "glass garden" that farmers use for their vegetables (it preserves the vegetables from drying or water)...As a conclusion, the rays are there-rising the temperature which leads to ice melting, which leads to rising the water level in the whole world, which leads to another ice age.According to Nostradamus, it will all happen in 2012, therefore - enjoy your time here while you can. Sibyl Siwik: Global Warming is the increase in temperatures in our climate within our atmosphere. It is caused by liberal politicians and environmental wackos from the US and other western countries yakking, crying and complaining about how our modern way of life ( i.e. anything from industrial, technological and day to day conveniences ) is polluting and destroying the planet. The toxic gasses produced by all their whining and complaining is filling up our atmosphere with warm unfilthy air. The result is a "greenhouse" effect. All that hot, vile and unhealthy gasses coming out of their mouth is a danger to us all. Jesse Japak: Sit in your car on a hot sunny day. Warm? Would you leave your dog? Actually that is what is happening on earth. The CFC's that are released into the atmosphere cause the warmth to radiate back to earth instead of into space. Effects - the big one is ice caps melting. This will raise the water level on earth (Bye bye Florida and Louisiana) After that it is speculation. Some say it will continue to get hotter and dryer, some say it will cause more moisture to be in the atmosphere, causing more rain and storms, and possibly causing the next ice age....Show more
