dieting???

Arden Strachn: do not take diet pills! you are 13. and u are not overweight at all. if u want to lose weight just watch what you eat. cut out soda from your diet and drink lots of water. dont eat food with no nutritional value ie chips and candy. just eat healthier foods and if u have huge urges to eat, eat a fruit or some gum. also, dont eat right before you go to sleep, and try to exercise more
