How can I stop acting trashy and immature?

answers1: Just start acting for seriously
answers2: You have already made the first step in the right direction
kiddo. First recognizing you do not like how you act. And secondly
asking for help. I just got this idea. I can tell by the presentation
of your question you are intelligent so here's what you do. Write down
every scenario you want to change. I mean like #1. Meet a guy in the
hall at school. USUAL BEHAVIOR: Cuss, talk dirty etc <br>
Then write HOW I WANT TO BEHAVE: write out what you are going to say
as your new person. <br>
Think of it as acting school. Memorize you new lines for every
situation you want to change. After a while it will becomes so much a
part of you that you don't even have to look at your notes. ha What
you are actually attempting to do darling is change your own universe.
It is miraculous that we have the power to do this by simply choosing
to do it. AND people will have a new respect for you and change how
they act around you.Wow. The Butterfly Affect. Did you see that movie?
A butterfly flutters it's wings on the other side of the world and has
it's effect around the world. It's true. We came into this "Time
Capsule" here on Earth with the power of choice. Our words have the
power of life and death. I applaud you for your tremendous desire to
change your life for the better. Be strong and be patient with your
self. Change will come if you are determined and consistent. Ever hear
that old saying..."Birds of a feather flock together"? Or how about...
"You are know by the company you keep" Be prepared to lose some and
gain some. You are saving your self a world of heartache. I am happy
for you. <br>

P.S. You are what you eat too. To be able to be calm in class easier
do just a few basic changes to your eating habits. No
caffeine....destroys your nervous system. Cut down or in a perfect
world cut out all processed foods...or as in the real world of you
can't stop the bad at least add some living foods! Raw fruit and
vegetables and raw nuts like pecans or almonds! It cures depression
too. Your weight will balance out and you will feel GOOD for a
change. And when you feel good it is easier to make good choices. You
go girl! Write me when you become Mrs. President!
